Who can help me with this old house?

Heritage Ottawa can!

We're developing an essential Introductory Workshop designed for owners and prospective owners of older homes to help them care for their historic properties. We'll provide access to professional experts who will share their knowledge and practical know-how, whether the house is Victorian, Arts & Crafts or Mid-century Modern.

The day-long hybrid workshop will include six sessions, each developed by professionals in their fields, covering a range of topics on the conservation of your older home, including how to research its history, where to find restoration grants, how best to approach its maintenance and repair, and more.

An indispensable Resource Package of materials will be provided by each presenter.

WHEN: Saturday, October 14, 2023 | 9:00 am to 4:30 pm

WHERE: Bayview Innovation Centre, 7 Bayview Station Rd, or join us via Zoom.

Purchasing and maintaining an older home comes from a place of passion, and we know that you want to do right by your house. The list of six workshop sessions follows with a separate printable version that includes a description of each session.
