Instructions for Renewing Members Logging into our Website for the first time: 

1. Click LOGIN at upper right of this webpage.
2. A new window appears with 2 tabs above the words USER ACCOUNT. Click "Request New Password”.
3. Enter the same email address that your Renewal message was sent to. Then click "Email New Password”.
4. You'll receive an immediate email containing a one-time link to the Heritage Ottawa website. Click the link to arrive at a page titled RESET PASSWORD and click LOG IN.
5. A new page will display your name, email address and "user name" ( your first and last name, by default ). Enter a PASSWORD into the appropriate fields located halfway down the page. Then click the SAVE box located at bottom left or upper right of the page, depending on your browser.

Your password is now set. Log-in and renew your membership.
