Linda Dicaire to Committee of Adjustment: Château a Defining Element of one of World's Most Exquisite Picturesque Compositions

HERITAGE OTTAWA

The following letter was submitted by Linda Dicaire to the Committee of Adjustment, asking for its dismissal of the minor variance application for the proposed Château Laurier addition.

Linda Dicaire is a practicing Landscape Architect and the former Chief of Federal Design Approvals, Heritage and Archaeology at the National Capital Commission (NCC).  She has over 30 years experience in the fields of Landscape Architecture and Heritage Conservation. Ms. Dicaire is a Fellow of the Canadian Society of Landscape Architects and a member of the Ontario Association of Landscape Architects.
