The National Capital Commission (NCC), as part of Carleton University's Forum Lecture Series, is pleased to present a talk by internationally renowned architect Daniel Libeskind on Monday, January 26 at 6:00pm at The National Gallery Auditorium.
Libeskind is well known for his designs including the Jewish Museum in Berlin, the extension to the Denver Art Gallery, and the Michael Lee-Chin Crystal at the Royal Ontario Museum in Toronto. Libeskind was master plan architect for the reconstruction of the World Trade Center site in Manhattan and is a member of the design team for the future National Holocaust Monument to be constructed at the corner of Wellington and Booth Streets in Ottawa's LeBreton Flats.
The lecture is open to the public and admission is free.
